[EVENT] Qatari Cabinet Reshuffle

The Cabinet of Qatar, otherwise known as the Council of Ministers, has undergone a reshuffle at the behest of Emir Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani. The reshuffle sees several longstanding Ministers removed, as well as the appointing of a new Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister.

Minister of Youth and Sports Dhaafir bin Nizaam Al Thani
The Prime Minister of Qatar is always the Minister of State for the Interior. Likewise, the Deputy Prime Minister of Qatar is always the Minister of State for the Council of Ministers Affairs.
Perhaps most notable is the fact that Hamza bin Husain Al Assad has been appointed Minister of State for the Interior whilst not being removed from his previous position as Minister of Information and Communications Technology, resulting in him effectively holding three positions.
Also notable is the appointment of Bishr bin Ihmaad Al Salman and his two sons, Saabiq bin Bishr and Awf bin Bishr. The Al Salmans are perhaps infamous in modern Qatar for their arguments for the continued "liberalisation" of Qatar compared to the rest of the Middle East. Others that seem to be in favour in some capacity of reforming Qatari Wahhabism further are Hamza bin Husain Al Assad and Ihmaad bin Ihaab Al Basher.
